Developed a market entry strategy for Apple Intelligence — Apple’s next-gen AI ecosystem — as part of a national case competition judged by Deloitte consultants. Our team was selected among the top finalists from 80+ entries.

 

Key focus areas included:

  • Conducting feasibility research to assess competitive positioning in the AI space.
  • Designing a go-to-market roadmap aligned with innovation trends and user adoption.
  • Identifying key barriers to scaling AI across geographies and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Aligning Apple’s AI ecosystem with emerging industry demands and regulatory expectations.
